TTI Exhaust Tips - Recommended Installation Procedure /  Sheet #TIP031406 (.pdf)

• TTI Exhaust Tips were designed with 2.5" I.D. or 3" I.D. inlets (I.D. = Inside Diameter)

• TTI CUDA Tips (E-body):  Require welding onto TTI Cuda tailpipes.  TTI Cuda slip-on style tips cannot be used on TTI tailpipes.  There is not enough pipe to securely clamp tips onto.

Using Exhaust Tips other than TTI's, may or will require modification.

• Most cases the tailpipes will require trimming.

• Tip diameters smaller than tailpipes must be modified; cutting, welding or swage open the inlet ends.

• If your tips have the L-shaped hangers welded to them, they must to be removed (cut-off) from the tip extension. TTI tailpipes were designed with the L-shaped hangers welded-on them.
