HEADER FITMENT • Our headers were designed to fit with the engines located to the factory specifications.  If the engine is not located correctly in the chassis, the headers will not fit properly.  We strongly suggest you check your engine location prior to installation.  (Click here for the factory dimensions) • Due to various manufacturing designs, aftermarket parts, engine configurations, suspension combinations, etc... TTi cannot ensure headers and exhaust systems to fit all combinations.  However, we have done our best to accommodate both factory and aftermarket component combinations.  In some cases, slight modification or repositioning may be required on your part to clear the specific situation.

1.  PLATFORMS:	67-76 A-BODY, 62-79 B-BODY, 70-74 E-BODY 76-80 F-BODY and 77-88 M-BODY
2.  A/LA ENGINES:	340, 360, 402 crate, 408 MAGNUM CRATE, 440 SUPER COMMANDO CRATE •  Headers were designed to fit with the engines located to the factory specifications.  If the engine is not located correctly in the chassis, the headers will not fit properly.  We strongly suggest you check your engine location prior to installation.
3.  CYLINDER HEADS:	EDELBROCK VICTOR PRO-PORT 6170 SERIES HEADS ONLY: 61709, 61719, 61729, 61739 •  (!) Headers will not fit Mopar W5 cylinder heads   ◊Click here to view dimension difference between the Edelbrock Victor pro-port 6170 head vs. a Mopar W5 head
4.  SPARK PLUGS:	CLEARS ANGLED PLUGS (Easy spark-plug access)
5.  FRONT SUSPENSION:	OEM with torsion bars / COILOVER without torsion bars (RMS Alterktion, Magnumforce XRT Tubular K-frame or Control Freak) •  Steering Linkage:  OEM with torsion bars or Rack & Pinion without torsion bars. •  Headers will not clear UniSteer Performance Rack and Pinion.
6.  ENGINE MOUNTS:	OEM •  Headers fit with Schumacher Creative Services engine mounts or equivalent.
7.  AUTO TRANS:	YES  •  Some applications may require the adjustable swivel & the lower rod to be re-positioned to clear the header collector.  ◊Click here to see illustration [3703]
8.  STANDARD TRANS:	YES •  Flywheel:  10.5" 130-tooth ring gear • Clutch Linkage:  OEM   (!) 67-76 A-body applications may require a modified Z-bar.  [Modified Z-bar sold separately #ZB340] • Keisler Tremec TKO-500/600 Transmissions:  Correct installation is imperative.  The output-end of the tail shaft must be in exactly the same position as the stock transmission output shaft for the headers to fit properly.
9.  FLOOR SHIFT:	YES •  Auto Trans:  Some applications may require the adjustable swivel & the lower rod to be re-positioned to clear the header collector.  ◊Click here to see illustration [3703]
10.  COLUMN SHIFT:	YES •  Some application may require modification to the shift linkage to achieve column shift clearance.  TTi does not make a linkage to satisfy this situation.
11.  MANUAL STEERING:	YES
12.  POWER STEERING:	A-BODIES:  NO   (Headers will not clear power-steering box or the Borgeson power-steering units in 67-76 A-bodies) B & E-BODIES:  YES
13.  AIR CONDITIOING:	YES
14.  STARTERS:	(!) THE FOLLOWING STARTERS HAVE BEEN FIT-CHECKED WITH THESE HEADERS AND FOUND THERE TO BE NO CLEARANCE ISSUES... •  MINI STARTERS   (Note:  Mini starters can easily be changed without removing the headers)OEM or MINI STARTERS Chrysler part no's:  R53005984, 56027702AC PowerMaster Performance starter no's:  9513, 9523 (Catalog pg. 30)
15.  BELL HOUSING:	MOST   •  Some areas may require modification to clear the header tubes.
16.  OIL FILTERS:	REMOTE DUAL PORT ADAPTER & 90-DEGREE SWIVEL FITTINGS REQUIRED (Included with headers)
17.  OIL PANS:	OEM, MILODON or EQUIVALENT •  Milodon part no's:  30935, 30936, 30940, 30941 •  Pro Touring pan part no's:  31590 & 31595
18.  VALVE COVERS:	OEM, CAST ALUMINUM, STAMPED STEEL, FABRICATED ALUMINUM

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS...

•  Evacuation tubes and EGT probe fittings can be installed prior to coating headers.  Installation of these options are considered a "Special-Order".  Please allow an additional 3-4 weeks for the special order work and the coating process.

•  Special-Order Deposit Required:  TTi requires a $50.00 non-refundable deposit for the following Special-Orders prior to the start of your order.  The balance will be due upon completion.
